For hosts, we may process name, email, phone if provided, event or trip details, PopCam configuration, payment records handled by Stripe, and support communications.

For guests, we may process photos taken or uploaded into PopCam, minimal technical metadata, capture time, and data needed to operate the private album.

For professional applications, we may process name, email, WhatsApp, company, city, website, professional type, event types, estimated volume, and application notes.

We use data to create and manage events or trips, generate QR codes, operate the camera and private album, process payments, deliver links, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Photos are used to provide the service to the host and participants of the corresponding event or trip.

With consent, we may use analytics, advertising measurement, and aggregated data to improve PopCam, measure campaigns, and understand which features create value.

We may also send commercial communications related to PopCam. You can object or withdraw consent by writing to support.

We use technology providers for hosting, database, storage, payments, analytics, and messaging. These providers process data only to provide their services.

Payments are processed through Stripe. PopCam does not store full card numbers.

We keep data and photos for the time needed to provide the service, answer support requests, allow downloads, and comply with legal or security obligations.

We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed or when required by a valid request.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to the processing of your data by writing to eventos@popcam.fun.

Your request should include your name, contact method, reasonable identification of the event or account, and a clear description of the request.

We may update this notice when the service, providers, or purposes change. The current version will be published on this page.
