Refunds and cancellations

This policy explains when PopCam may be refunded and how to request support if there is a payment or activation issue.

Before the event

If you paid for PopCam and have not used it or shared it with guests yet, you may request cancellation or a package change by writing to support.

We will review the case and, if applicable, process a refund or adjustment through Stripe.

After activation or use

Once the QR has been shared, the camera has been used, or the album has received photos, payment is normally non-refundable because the service has already been provided.

If a technical failure attributable to PopCam substantially prevented use of the service, we will review compensation, partial refund, or event repeat options.

Cancelled events

If your event or trip is cancelled, let us know before the scheduled date. We may help you change the date or keep credit for another event when reasonable.

Duplicate payments

If you detect a duplicate charge or payment error, write to us with the email used to purchase and the Stripe reference or available receipt.
