Legal
Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of PopCam.fun to create private camera, QR, and digital album experiences for events or trips.
Last updated: July 8, 2026.
Use of the service
PopCam lets you create an event or trip with a private QR so guests can take photos from a mobile browser and the host can manage the album.
Users agree to provide accurate event information, use PopCam lawfully, and avoid harming the security or availability of the service.
Content and photos
The host is responsible for how participants are invited, how the QR is shared, how the album is reviewed, and how photos are distributed.
Illegal, offensive, invasive, unauthorized, or rights-infringing content is not allowed.
PopCam may remove content or suspend access if it detects abuse, legal risk, fraud, or use that violates these terms.
Guests
Guests should use the camera respectfully. Taking or sharing photos may require consent from people shown in images depending on the context.
Payments
Packages, prices, and limits are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Activation of a PopCam may depend on payment confirmation or validation of an active courtesy code.
Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep PopCam available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network issues, providers, or third-party devices may affect service.
Professional program
Applications from venues, planners, agencies, and event professionals are subject to review. PopCam may approve, reject, modify, or cancel professional codes if misuse is detected.
Limitations
PopCam does not replace a professional photographer and does not guarantee a minimum number of useful photos. Results depend on participation, connectivity, devices, and guest usage.
